Odd sizes and shape

For decades of photography....I was ALL about the 8x10 and 5x7 when doing wet prints ( ya know...from "FILM"??)
Then under the guise of digital portraiture...it was 8x10/11 x 14/16 x 20.
My current Canon cameras (1D-mkII & 5D) has a slightly different proportion....more like 10 x 15...so I'm embracing semi pano images.
I'll get the hang of it yet............maybe.
